At the Conan Gray Official Store, we want you to love your merchandise; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl and signed collectibles are final sale unless damaged during transit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
